Today was AWESOME-TASTIC!!! Church was GREAT! Sunday school was GREAT! I got to come home and work on Christmas gifts, while watching a "Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep" walk-through....WHICH WAS GREAT!!! (Ugh, I really like Kingdom Hearts! lol XD )

Okay, so today was awesome-tastic, BUT I'm SERIOUSLY STRESSING about Christmas gifts right now. They're just isn't enough time to get it all done! And (just to add another level of stress to my life) me and my mom are leading a book club on Saturday and..........yeah, I kind of....HAVEN'T READ THE BOOK YET! Which is kind of stressful...a bit....slightly?....maybe? Not that the book is SUPER LONG, it's just the point that it's one more thing...And we're really busy...and I've never lead a book club before. O_O
(In case your curious, the book is "A Christmas Carol" By: Charles Dickens. I'm sure you've never heard of it before! ^_^ )

OH, and I almost forgot to mention that I've been reading this really awesome series called "Artemis fowl"!! It's really epic so far!! I would say more, but I'm tired....so, sorry you won't see my terrible spellling and grammars for much longer. Or should I say "your welcome"? XD Anyway...Artemis Fowl = good read. (so far anyway. :)

lol FINALLY I've gotten something up here!! VICTORY!!
See, though I've been drawing tons, my computer (that I do ALL my art on) is being EVIL!!!! SUPER EVIL!! LIKE STOMP ON YOUR BIRTHDAY CAKE AND EAT YOUR KITTEN, EVIL!! ...........Okay, maybe not THAT evil! lol But it is FREAKISHLY AGGRAVATING!!
You see, I'll be in the mood to color something so I'll scan one of my "random pictures" into the computer. And about half way through coloring (Approximately an hour into it.) THE WHOLE FREAKING COMPUTER SHUTS DOWN!!! .....ARRGGG! All that work GONE! Disappeared, wasted!! And the worst thing about it is that when it shuts down on me like that I'm WAY to angry at it to try again!

But yes! I've WON!! I actually got something scanned!!! (True, I wanted to color it too. But I'll take this small victory! lol) It's just a random sketchy picture of one of my OC's, but at least it's SOMETHING!

Lions On the Loose?

Okay, so the other day my mom got a call from my grandmother (who lives next door) who gave the simple message of there being a "lion sighting" (yeah, you heard me right.) around our area. Um, yeah....not something you hear everyday.
Okay, so you have to understand, that I live IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE surrounded by corn fields. Not near a Zoo or in Africa. So, a lion spotting...........crazy!

But, the police where sent to check it out and no lions (that I know of) have been spotted. lol Lion spotting...Hahahahha the things life throws at us! XD

So yeah, I just thought I would share that real quick because it made me laugh! Hahahahaha...still funny!! :)

lol Now I'm in the mood to watch Secondhand Lions! Man, I love this movie!!

I've made a second Blog! Sunday Attire Yay!!

My plan: To post a picture of my Sunday church outfit each week!

Why?: Because it sounds like fun! lol Also I wear a lot of dorky clothes, so I'd like to keep track of what I've worn!

My belief is that you should wear what you want to wear (as long as it's appropriate) no matter what "pop culture" tells you is is "in style"! That's probably why I don't wear necessarily cool clothes, but I like them so who cares! :D

Okay, so I've wanted to do one of these for awhile now, so a few days ago I decided to just DO IT!!
So, I carried my eight heavy art book/binder things (all of them filled to overflowing with pictures) down the stairs from my room to the computer room. Where I then proceeded to scan, crop and flip through my hundreds of old pictures! Yeah, it took awhile! But I'm FINALLY FINISHED!!!

lol I would have posted the actual Map on my blog, but blogger hates me! (And my large files! lol) Sooooooo if you want to check it out you'll have to see it on my DA account.

Oh, and this brings up a very interesting subject, that is SAVING YOUR ARTWORK!! Okay I would suggest to any young artist (or old artist, or semi old yet still pretty young artist.) out there to SAVE THEIR WORK!!!!
Even if you think it sucks, SAVE IT!
Even if it's not completely finished, SAVE IT!!
Trust me you'll be thankful you did! Because, at least for me, I have had so much fun flipping through my old (terrible) artworks! It's so fun! SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR ART!!! PLEASE!!!!

How I store my art is in HUGE three ring binders with TONS of page protectors in them! (lol I go through one or two a year depending on the size of the binder! :)
But seriously, SAVE YOUR ART!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN NOT stress this enough!!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR ART!!!!!

Aw man, I feel really bad!!! I logged in today and saw I had 6 comments that needed to be approved and most of them where from a week ago....UGG I'M SUCH A BAD PERSON!!! Sorry again.... :( And, just so ya know, I really do LOVE the comments it just seems like I'm not getting on blogger much anymore. THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE!!

Anyway, You may be asking "So what's up with Monday? Why is it the title?" Well, the answer is that, on Monday I go in to get the other half of my allergy tests done! Oh joy... lol
Well, I can't say that I'm not curious about what food allergies I have, (I still have my fingers crossed that I'm not allergic to milk.) but I'm not looking forward to being tested again. :p

But, I'm not dreading Monday because...

They're announcing the rest of the English voice actors for the Anime Durarara on Monday!!!! lol I've really been getting into this show! It's cool, though, I REALLY wouldn't recommend it for people under the age of 16 without there parents permission! (Because of violent themes, weirdness and swearing.) But, I'm still really excited for it to be in English!!

Oh, and I will post some of my art soon....well hopefully. See most of my art recently has been doodles on the backs of Sunday school papers, and sketches that I've done in the car. (Which, honestly, look like a polygraph test....darn bumpy cars! :)

And no, I haven't forgotten about setting up an Etsy shop. I just haven't done it yet because I'm busy.......Okay, and maybe some of it's laziness too! :p

MILK ALLERGY?! WHAT?!?! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Okay so I got allergy tested a few days ago, which is not as bad as you may think! (Instead of it feeling like a bunch of thick needles punching numerous holes into my back, which is...well, what I thought it would be like. (Yes I do have a bit of an imagination...and I hate needles!) it felt more like being poked with a toothpick repeatedly. Annoying yes, but not painful! lol THANK GOODNESS!! :D) But anyway, they confirmed some nature allergys that I have, like...dust, cats, dogs, yadda yadda...
But the allergy doctor assumed, from the way I explained my symptoms, that I was allergic to milk! *GASP* So he told me to (until I get tested on foods anyway) stay away from ALL MILK PRODUCTS!! That means no cheese, no butter, no chocolate, no pizza, no Chinese take out, no biscuits and no pudding!!!!! And you would be shocked at how many other things have milk in them, I mean, lunch meat!!! REALLY?!?!?! LUNCH MEAT!!! Whose stupid idea was it to put milk in meat?!?! I mean COME ON!!

But yeah, I'm trying to look to the "positive"! I mean for starters it's probably much healthier to cut milk out my diet. And it will help me avoid a lot of buttery/processed foods, and that's always good! So it's not the END OF THE WORLD, but it's kind of a pain! :p

My list of no, no foods...

lol So yeah last week was really "fun". I got allergy tested and had TWO cavities filled.....Oh joy. lol

I'M BACK!!!!!! Oh my, I haven't posted anything for so long! (LAME) It's crazy!! I mean, It's almost like I have a life outside of the computer..........hm, weird. lol

So yeah, this is my entry into the yearly 4H art competition in my area. It took over 30 hours to complete and it TOTALLY KILLED MY EYES!! I'm serious, I never want to look at this picture again! It's evil, I've been staring at it for WAY TO LONG! I mean, that is how all of my "bigger pictures" go. At first I'm like "This is awesome, a brilliant idea!" and then partly through penning I'm like "Okay this is taking a REALLY LONG TIME!" Then finally when I'm about halfway through, my reaction is something like"WHAT THE HECK WAS I THINKING?! AM I INSANE TO EVEN THINK ABOUT STARTING THIS?!"
lol But, the funny thing about all of this is that, even though big pictures like this might drive me crazy I STILL start them even though I know perfectly well that they'll drive me insane before there finished. lol I love drawing! :)

Finally a new post!!! Goodness it's been forever! (or at least it feels like it's been forever! lol)
Man, so much has happened! I don't know where to start! Hmm....well lets see...the last few weeks have been a crazy mix of....Prom, Hurting my foot, 80's music, Creation Museum, limping, exploding gas cans, a limo ride (and getting pulled over by the police on said limo ride. O.O), visiting an Air force museum, dad twisting his ankle, crazy siblings, mothers day, bike riding (because I can't walk on the treadmill!! D:), car sickness, awesome sermons, BSF (Bible Study Fellowship), terrible drawings (I've been failing :p), bad allergies, crazy weather (lol It was supposed to be so bad that the Storm Chasers from Discovery channel came to check it out.), babysitting, dancing...and much, MUCH more!!

So yeah, it's been a little crazy....But at least I can't say my life is boring! lol

Okay, so yes I’m very tired right now. And, if you know anything about me you should know that I become extremely random when I’m tired....soooooo this should be interesting.... :)

Okay so I’ve put together a few reasons why I’m so ridiculously tired right now. (if I was smart I would be sleeping instead of doing this, but I’m not! So on with the show! :)

1. I’ve been switching my sleeping schedule around, meaning, that I’ve been trying to go to bed earlier and get up earlier. See the problem is I love staying up late! So, though I try to have the will power to go to bed at THE RIGHT TIME I still find myself falling into old habits! And, (here’s were the problem comes in) I still force myself to get up early! (yeah, I’m nuts...)

2. Evil "Daylight savings time"......nuff’ said.

3. I STILL HAVE THIS COLD!!! Can anyone say energy zapper?

4. I’ve been walking for a few hours a day on top of my other exercises.

5. Crazy balls of energy called my siblings...

6. ACQUIRE THE FIRE!!!!
Okay, so over the weekend I went to this SUPER AWESOME concert called...you guessed it “Acquire The Fire” (or ATF). IT WAS SO GREAT!!! If you get a chance to go I would strongly suggest it! It had... amazing speakers, beautiful videos, super cool skits, and awesome music!!!

The only down side was I got very little sleep while I was there. (and the little sleep I got was on a hard concrete church floor. lol :) But, I’m still so happy I went!!!! :)
(I should have pictures from it up here soon!)

Anyway, sorry if that was a little crazy (or a lot of crazy :p)...but, as I said I’m tired...But, I do promise I’m going to post more....interesting stuff soon. But, until then have an awesome night!! (...or day if your reading this in the morning.......................yeah, I’m going to stop typing now. :)

Yay, finally I've penned something!! Hopefully I'll pen more stuff soon because I really do enjoy it, I just wish it didn't take soooooooooo long to do!! :)
This picture was my entry for one of the library's contests! I was stressing about getting this one done in time, but I made the deadline! YAY!!
Yeah, I finished it like the day before it was due which, I guess, explains why it's so messy! :)

Super Easy Recipe: Cheddar Biscuits!

This is an awesome recipe if your just starting to cook like me!
All it takes is:

1 cup of all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I used sharp cheddar :)
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cheese. Stir in milk and mayonnaise just until moistened. Fill five greased muffin cups two-thirds full. (Make sure you grease them REALLY WELL!) Fill empty muffin cups halfway with water. Bake at 425 degrees F for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. And that's it!

The only things I would change if I made them again would be to add more salt, some garlic and maybe some oregano...

Wow, this no blogging thing is becoming ridiculous! Well, I’ll just have to change that with this post, and hopefully more after this....hopefully. lol

Soooo here is a bunch of my new-ish pictures hope you like them!!

Anyway life has been kind of different these past few months. See, me and my family are switching churches, and being a homeschooled christian, like I am, pretty much all of my friends are ones that I have meet through church. I really feel like I’m losing a lot of my best friends through this process…and well that’s not easy...
True, its not been all bad. I’ve been meeting a lot of really great people and I’ve been learning a lot about the bible from the church we’ve been attending recently, which I feel, is really important at this stage…and well, all stages of my life!

Anyway on a different note. I’m requesting prayer for one of my friends sisters. She was hit by two cars and is in a coma…if you could please pray for her and her family I would really appreciate it.

And for any of you who where wondering my grandma is doing A LOT better. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all of your prayers. She is actually walking, and walking a bunch!

Hey everyone! Wow it’s been so long since I last posted!! There’s been a lot that’s happened recently, I mean, first off I got my driver’s permit which is huge! I’m taking driver’s education which is...actually almost over!
I also went to the 4H state fair with one of my drawings! (I will post a scanned version soon.) I am so excited about getting such a high award in art! It just blows my mind that I could get something that big!!! Anyway that’s all for now, I’m going to try and post more stuff on here. I’ve just been really busy/lazy recently! :)

Oh, I would also like to ask for prayer for my grandma, she broke her leg in a really strange place and she's bed ridden. She's in really good spirits and for that I'm really glad, but still please pray for a fast recovery. Thanks.

These are just a few pictures I took during our recent trip to the Creation Museum in Kentucky.
It was so much fun, I would definitely suggest going!!
(The Creation Museum is pretty much a museum that not only shows a walk through of Genesis but also show’s how scientific evidence supports the bible. It’s really interesting, I learned a lot!!)

The End of Avatar!

I’m still really sad that Avatar has ended; I mean I know that they left it open for more but if they do make another I’m not so sure that it’ll be as good.

The interesting thing about avatar is that It’s originally made in America which is rare in anime, but it’s also really cool because in most anime a lot of stuff get’s lost in translation. But not in Avatar, it makes sense. :)

All it is, is a website that gives you one word each day and you write the first thing that comes to your mind while still using that word. You only have 60 seconds; don’t think just write.

Yeah sorry everyone for my lack of blogging, it’s been forever hasn’t it?

Between the melting snow and the large amount of rain we’ve been having of late, there’s…well been a lot of water making huge puddles, and making our creek next to our house run very high. Lucky for us the wind kicked up last night and almost all the water has gone down, though its far from dry outside it’s at least better. :)

Okay it’s official!
Mom just went into the hospital to have her baby!!
They were going to induce her today at like eight o'clock this morning, but mom started having contractions a couple of minutes apart so they decided to go a little early better safe than delivering a baby in the car. And well...I’m excited, and very tired but still excited!! :D

Okay were do I start…well my grandma’s surgery went well!! Thank you sooo much for your prayers everyone! She’s recovering very quickly, she’s still pretty tired but it’s possible she could be home tomorrow!
Also my Mom’s due date is today!! Soon we’ll have another little one running around…well so to speak. :)

So for you who were wondering my grandmothers first procedure went well, she’s home and feeling fine. The heart surgery is scheduled for Thursday so prayers for that.
In other news’s Mom’s baby is due next Sunday. Man it really hasn’t hit me yet we’ll no longer be a family of seven. D=
No I’m joking though it will be a big change from seven to eight it’ll be fine, and even though it WILL be hectic at times God has got everything under control. :)
