I love them! My two favorites are: 1.) The very first picture. I love how the shadows look! Very cool perspective. 2.) One of the pictures in the middle of the younger kid (is he your brother?) where everything is black and white EXCEPT for his eye, which is a cool color of turquoise. That is so cool how you did that! Great pics! I'll need to post some stuff soon too... Just out of curiosity, how's your friend? I hope she's doing a lot better! And, how's "the move"? I hope everything is going great!
lol I’m glad you like them!! The first picture was taken on the road in front of my house, and the second one, you mentioned, was taken inside one of my families barns! The sun was coming through the slats in the barn really cool so I told my brother to go stand in the light! :) Oh, and I did the whole “eye in color and everything else in BW” in Photoshop. I used something called Hue/Saturation on it, to take away the color, and then cloned out his eyes with black on a layer mask, which then, subsequently, brought the color in his eyes back! Yeah it’s confusing...though it’s less confusing than I make it sound! lol
Anyway, there isn’t really any new news about my friend! Last I heard she was out of her coma and was going to go into rehab soon, but I’ll tell you when I hear anything more...thanks for asking! I would appreciate it if you would keep praying for them...!
Um, and the move is going alright. I mean I’m learning a whole lot, and for that I’m really, really grateful! But, yeah going without really good friends is hard and you don’t really realize how much of a blessing they are until you don’t see them for months... So yeah it’s difficult, but I’m really trying to look to the positive and it makes it a lot easier! Because, if I’m honest, I have A LOT to be thankful for!! :)
This blog is about anything and everything that contributes to my life...
The good, the bad, and the ugly..…and the fun….and the not so bad, but still very bizarre….oh, and of course the random!! :)
I am many things...
I'm a random teenager, who loves to laugh! (and who loves making others laugh too! :)
I'm a passionate artist, drawing whenever I can!
I'm a christen, trying to make the right decisions in this big, crazy world we live in.
I'm a bookworm who can't wait to to get sucked into the pages of a new volume.
I'm a daughter and sister.
I'm a writer.
a gamer.
a candlestick maker!
(maybe not that last one! lol)
