ReplyDeleteOh, and to answer your question Gwenea I've been drawing for, oh....6 years now? Yeah, though I've been doodling (a.k.a stick figures) for most of my life. I only got serious when I was introduced to Manga about 6 years back! If I remember correctly I first saw this style at the library and I instantly fell in LOVE!! (It was just a few pictures about the size of your thumb stamped onto a piece of paper!) It's funny actually that something that small changed my life so much, but I guess that's just how God works! lol And so, this style really gave me the drive to practice!! I wanted to draw the things I saw on that little slip of paper! So I looked it up, I searched the internet, I checked out books from the library, and I practiced....lol I practiced A LOT!! And that's how I got where I am today. Nothing special, I'm just a self taught gal who loves to draw!! :D So my Advise is to keep at it!! :D
(Whoa that was long....lol Sorry I bet you didn't want to know all that!)
